1. Services

Stack Digital provides digital marketing, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), Google & Meta Ads management, AI automation, custom CRM development, and web development services. All services are subject to individual agreements and scope documents.

2. Engagement & Payment

All engagements begin with a free strategy consultation via WhatsApp or call. Service fees, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before project commencement. Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms (ad accounts, website hosting, etc.) to facilitate service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-developed assets (websites, CRMs, designs). Stack Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Results & Guarantees

While we employ data-driven strategies and best practices, digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, and budget. We guarantee our effort and expertise, not specific ranking positions or lead volumes.

6. Confidentiality

All client business data, strategies, and campaign details are kept strictly confidential. We never share client information with competitors or unauthorized third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stack Digital's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 15 days written notice. Completed work up to the termination date will be delivered and is payable.
